This case has been lightly used, but it remains in fantastic condition, with no notable issues. All of the latches are able to be closed, firmly secured in place, and then opened by pressing the latch-release buttons. That said, this sale doesn't include the TSA keys, so you wouldn't be able to lock the latches unless you already own a set.
