Single sliding keeper. Standard length measuring 7 1/2 inches long (19cm) placed end to end (75mm/115mm) not counting the buckle. Band is very flexible rubber - not stiff at all. Thickness is 4.4mm where the band meets the watch and 2.2mm at the tail end. Strap buckle end is 16mm. A rare find for those who like Tropic bands that are NOS and a nice change from all black dive bands.
