First doll modeling the wig is ALETA a Annette Himstedt doll and her head measures 14.75" and the wig is TOO BIG for her. Second doll modeling the wig is reborn COOKIE a Bountiful Baby and her head measures 16" inches and this wig fits her nicely. I do not feel this wig will fit a 17" inch doll head.
