The pump motor works fine, tip is clear as are all the internal ports, nooks and crannies—believe me, I checked each and cleaned all! A Graco Tech Support confidently informs me the spray gun requires a new seal kit. I decided to upgrade to a more recent vintage (and lighter) Graco HPLV paint gun, sooo... to eBay this goes! With the exception of requiring a replacement seal kit, this sprayer's other important components—pump motor, pressure relief valve, trigger switch, breaker, clamshell, spray tip, paint suction tube—are each nominal and functional. Keep your Graco TrueCoat handheld airless sprayer working with original OEM Graco components without paying Graco replacement part prices! Salvage parts from this sprayer instead!
