Description: This is a fantastic Haviland Limoges porcelain chocolate pot. It is an off white with a red and green design around the rim of the lid and pot. It has beautiful gold handles. The pot stands 8 inches to the top of the lid and about 6.5 inches wide with the handle and 3.5 inches in diameter at the base. Overall, it is in great condition except for a chip on the inside rim of the pot. If this was just being displayed it would not be seen. If you were to use this there is a possibility the lid could fall off if the stopper on the lid lined up with the chip on the pot. You would want to be safe and maybe keep your hand on the lid. I am not sure of the age, but I would assume this was made between 1894 and 1931 based on the backstamp. I would narrow it down to the 1920's when these were popular.
