Description: For sale is a brand new, unopened, rare Hobby Master 1:72 Air Power Series HA1333 Fairchild A-10C Thunderbolt II Diecast Model USAF 23rd WG, 75th FS Tiger Sharks, #78-0597, Moody AFB, GA, 2017Moody AFB, Georgia is home to the 23rd Wing "Flying Tigers" comprised of the 74th FS "Flying Tigers" and 75th FS "Tiger Sharks", both equipped with the A-10C. On October 28 and 29, 2017 Moody AFB, Georgia held an Open House called "Thunder Over South Georgia". One of the flying displays was A-10C 78-0597 C/N A10-0217 that was produced in 1978 as an A-10A, completed its maiden flight on May 16, 1979 and delivered on May 23, 1979. The aircraft received a special paint scheme for the occasion.The model features diecast metal construction with some plastic components.
