Description: MEASURES:Height : 20,87 inch ; Length: 13,78 inch ; Depth: 11,42 inch ; Weight 19,6 lbsCONDITIONS:Excellent general condition, considering the large size of the vase, only a few chips and small missing parts on the enamel, due to the antiquity of the object, see the photos carefully. Description of the object:Wonderful, large two-handled vase, also usable as umbrella stand, in enameled and vitrified majolica, modeled entirely by hand on a lathe, always decorated by hand with a central rampant lion, and floral and geometric decorations on the rest of the vase, finished scratched with gouges and other tools for working with ceramics, datable to the very first decades of the 20th century, between 1900 and 1920. The vase is not signed, but under the base are attached sheets of an old newspaper, dirty, oxidized and yellowed by the many years that have passed.Useful information for evaluating the object: The vase clearly takes up the style of Lazio ceramics similar to those of Civita Castellana or Roman ceramics of the first decades of the 20th century. The object's dimensions are impressive, considering that it is 53 centimetres height, 35 centimetres wide and weighs almost 9 kg. The ceramic biscuit is extremely thick and the various scratched decorations are particularly beautiful, a workmanship of great value. ENTER OUR EBAY SHOP.PORCELAINS, CERAMICS, TERRACOTTE, BRONZE, PAINTINGS, FURNITURE, GLASS AND MUCH MORE AS, FOR EXAMPLE: .OUR COMMERCIAL POLICYAware of operating in the eBay market, our prices are often lower than the real value of the object, as often documented in our descriptions, and also lower than the prices at which very similar objects are offered on other online art sales platforms and antiques. At the same time, eBay reciprocates with the possibility of selling a high quantity of objects, so our commercial policy is to earn little for the single object, but sell a lot and therefore earn on the quantity. In fact, the asking price is always as low as possible, considering how much the item was paid for and the eBay commissions (for the sale, payment and any currency exchange: from a minimum of 15% to a maximum of 21% , according to the country in which the advertisement was made). For each object there may be multiple advertisements in different countries: USA, Italy, France, United Kingdom, etc. Any price differences are due only to changes in the exchange rate of the various currencies between when we made the advertisement and when you see it. REMEMBER TO PUT ME IN THE FOLLOWING SELLERS LISTFor any additional information or clarification we are at your complete disposal, so contact us via message here on eBay. SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - RETURN ALWAYS ACCEPTED.The cost of packaging is also calculated in the shipping cost, and everything has increased by 19% because both ebay and paypal also take fees on the shipping cost. OUR SHIPMENTS:.Our shipments cost a little more than the average, but they are all shipments with professional packaging. Double box with a lot of bubble wrap around the object and a lot of soft material in the large cavities on all sides between the two boxes. This means that the package is much larger and heavier and therefore the cost of shipping increases, not to mention all the work necessary to carry out a similar packaging and the cost of the various materials used.
