Description: Our Pro Series T Bar Row is designed as an accessory for any of our Power Cages or Squat Racks. The platform is 3.7” between upward facing brackets and it attaches to the bottom base bar. This accessory will allow you to do explosive back workouts and develop general upper body strength. Diversify your strength training routine and increase your upper body while specifically targeting back muscles. The T Bar Row is a single unit that allows you to create dynamic motions with a 360 degree swivel head. It can hold 1” or 2” Olympic style barbells with a fastener to keep the bar in place, while the other fastener anchors the attachment to the bottom bar. These are easy to attach, simply lift up the cage or rack and ensure the skyward facing brackets are on either side of the bottom bar. The weight of the rack or cage will help it stay in place in addition to the fasteners. Other Pro Series attachments include - Barbell Hangers (Pair), Circle Dip Bars (Pair), J Hooks (Pair), Safety Straps (Pair), Straight Spotter Arms (Pair), and Weight Plate Holders (Pair). Purpose - Add the T Bar Row as an accessory on the Sport, Pro, and Elite Series Power Cage or Squat Stands. Our T Bar Row attachments are designed to hold 1” or 2” Olympic style barbells or curl bars with weight plates. Easy to attach and detach. Usage - Put the T Bar Row plate on the ground and lift the cage or rack up. During the attachment process, be sure the bottom frame fits between the upright brackets.
