Description: Up for your consideration, a BEAUTIFUL 18k SOLID yellow gold Invicta pocket watch, with CHIME. I have just received this watch back from my Professional Watchmaker. I have been informed that this watch is a “Quarter Hour Repeater, with a Single Button Chronograph “. My Watchmaker has completely serviced, cleaned , and adjusted the movement. He reports the following: “ Pocket watch keeps good time according to the timeograph.(See Photos). Problem was noted with a loose cannon pinion. There is a technique to tighten the cannon pinion, but Watchmaker is not willing to risk this procedure, due to the lack of available parts, should something go wrong.”VERY RARE! Watch is running smoothly, and has been tested for accuracy. Case is not monogrammed, and is in incredible condition for its age. Case number is 79898. Clearly stamped “K18” in many locations on the case.Shows normal light wear. Crystal has very light scratches only visible with a loupe. Hand painted Watch face has no damage or cracks. Watch works shows no indication of water exposure. Watch weighs 109.8 grams total weight, and measures appx 2 1/8” across. Chime has been tested and works great. I own a pawnshop, and purchased a large collection of gold pocket watches. My original intention was to keep them all together, as a collection, I have had very little buyer interest in them.This is not my area of expertise, so please be gentle on me.
