Description: Removed from a 1988 Kawasaki JS550 Stand Up Jet Ski. The motor was having trouble starting when hot, tested and saw one of the cylinders had low compression. Took the motor apart and saw some scaring in one of the cylinders. One of the pistons shows some marks as well so I assume something went wrong in that hole. Piston rings are loose (not frozen or anything). Pistons are STD. Crank bearings all spin but are a little noisy. I went a different direction on this ski instead of honing the cylinders and replacing one of the pistons. Crank condition is unknown. No head included - only the parts in the photo.
