It has a flaw crack on the bottom please look at the picture, otherwise it appears to be in good condition. It comes in original styrofoam box and includes a light cord. It is approx. 6" wide by 6" tall. Shipping ceramic, glass and breakable items is expensive there just isn't a way around it, most items are doubled boxed with lots of fill to ensure the item arrives safely. I prefer priority mail shipping to 1st class mail so the item spends less time in the hands of the post office.
