Please remove the paper shipping tab securing the balance wheel before use. Width 3/16", Length 1 1/4", Height 13/16", length from bottom of platform to bottom pivot 13/32", overall height .860". It is new, in very good condition and guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship for 1 year. This is a great replacement unit or one for your next clock building project. Please note that clock platforms are precision and delicate mechanisms. Experience and proper tools are required to successfully install and adjust them.
