Krauss Co. formerly known as Schall & Co. pewter molds were manufactured in New York City from the 1854 to 1950’s. The company was one of the major pewter mold-making companies in the United States. This mold came from my Granny’s personal collection who would have been 122 years old this year. She used these molds as she raised 10 children. There will be other molds from her collection posted.
