It’s missing about 20 brick pieces from one side of the wall where the figures are. It’s missing the helmet and a couple of the fire torch pieces. It missing the chain to pull the bucket up and down. The one from the photos is the one you get. No instructions or box. Sold as is I think I mentioned all the missing parts if anything I missed it would be small piece.
