I rate it cosmetically a (9). The aperture ring is smooth and the aperture functions properly, but there's some faint oil on the aperture blades. The glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. The focusing helicoid is a bit stiff. This lens is for Leica screw mount/thread mount (LTM) and other E39 bodies. It includes a rear cap, but no front cap.
