Description: This Lilli Ann coat is a striking black, with red striations throughout, wool fabric.In an open, or "clutch" styling, with no fasteners, there are velvet ribbons at the wide, sloping collar, with a bow at the back. It's lined with rayon satin, with a label from Syndey's, the store in Manchester, NH, where it was purchased. It measures 49" around at the bust, lapel edge to lapel edge, as you see it in the photos. It's 42 1/4" in back, top of collar to the hem.The mannequin has a 34" bust, 25" waist, and a 15" shoulder span in back, for reference.The Lilli Anne label was found in the pocket. Very good, with some overall, subtle fading to the black and red pattern, no other flaws. 1950's.
