Rare and beautiful antique Limoges porcelain individual 5 1/4" scalloped vegetable side dish produced in the Limoges, France area between 1890 and 1910 by the shop of R. Delinieres & Co. It is marked on the back side in green D & C France. It is marked on the back side in red L. Bernardaud. This allows us to date the item and it also indicates that it was designated for export. The individual scalloped vegetable dish features a luminescent white Limoges porcelain background with gold filigree stylized flower pattern around the edges, gilded accents, scalloped, with gold trim. Given the advanced age of this piece, it is in exceptional condition. All of the gold is bright and shiny. There is some expected wear. This wear is minor.Measures: Saucer 5 1/4" diameter Weight: 2 ounces for one dishThis particular pattern has no name or number designation as is typical of Limoges products.There are no chips, cracks, crazing.
