Car has wear, some dirt and tarnish on silver finish, may clean-up a little. Most dirt/tarnish is on roof and 1 side. There is corrosion on trucks, 1 coupler opened, lights did not work when tested, as is, no warranty. Single car, as is, no warranty, trucks need cleaning. All Items, including N.O.S.
