Description: This is a lot of 6 vintage padlocks including one brass key made by The EAGLE Lock Company in Terryville, Connecticut. These were found on Long Island, N.Y. and originally from voting ballot boxes when they stopped using paper ballots in the mid-century. All the locks are in working condition but stick a little so they probably need some oiling and each lock measures approximatelly 2.5" long. I'm guessing each different voting place painted their locks and keys a different color and the keys fit only that color. These locks and keys were painted red. You will receive the 6 locks and 1(one) key. Look carefully at the pictures and message me with any questions prior to purchasing.
