These are modeled and patterned after the vintage Marantz HD OEM style grilles and are full thickness as the originals...These are the finishing crown jewel to top off the perfect vintage speaker restoration! One pair (You will receive two foam inserts)...These are brand new replacement sculptured foam grille inserts that directly fit into vintage Marantz HD66 speakers grille opening.. These foam insert has been professionally painted for superior UV protection with top of the line materials the natural and laid back Russet Brown color...The back sides of the grilles are not painted and is the natural foam color, which is a dark charcoal gray.. You will need to use velcro or magnet tape to hold these grilles into the speaker cabinet.. Installation instructions are included in the box.. *Note*..This type of foam is normal to have some small air bubble voids in the surface of the foam as seen in the photos, and is also a finer pore size that will cause some minor high frequency reduction..sorry its just how this foam is manufactured..if you would like these made out of the premium more open cell foam that has no impedance on the sound transfer i can make them with the upgraded foam..the price however will be higher at $150 a pair i should be able to size these for the imperial line too..Message me with your model and dimensions and i'll see what i can do..
