Pictured from left to right are, Frenchy, Harpo, Groucho, Chico, and Zeppo. This is the last photo of the brothers taken with there father. He died two years later. Monkey Business was released the same time as Charlie Chaplin's City Lights, which was acclaimed as an instant classic. Their picture was described by "Sid" in Variety of October 13, 1931, as " the usual Marx madhouse with plenty of laughs sprawling from a plot structure resembling one of those California bungalows which spring up overnight."
