Description: Offered is this lovely small cream pitcher made in England by Mason’s in the late 1900s. The pattern is Mandalay, a reissue of early pattern with a strong Asian influence. The pattern is printed on the off-white blank, then hand painted. It features chrysanthemums in pink and Chinese red with green foliage. Curlicues of deep cobalt blue complete the design. The cobalt on the handle terminates in a snake’s head inside the pitcher. Gold decorates the rim and handle. Gold accents appear throughout the decor. The creamer measures 3.25 inches high (8.5 cm). Very good used condition. No chips, cracks or scratches. No visible crazing. Gold trim in very good condition. Domestic shipping is free. The item will be insured. Questions welcomed. Thanks for looking. Sorry. No returns. All items are sold “as is.”
