The box was opened when I got this set. 2 or 3 bags appear to be sealed and unopened. I don't know how many bags of blocks come with the set, the instructions only specify number of blocks. In any case, please be aware that this set is possibly incomplete.....or maybe its 100%. It very well could be. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.
