After oven temperature is up to 500° then it goes into a quieter mode and the sandwich, snacks, treats, etc. screen appears. Base oven unit only. No accessories included except the fan filter. Rack, guides, drip pans, and other parts are available separately. Bonus black non-stick tray included, and cooking can be done without other accessories by placing tray on the bottom of oven, although results are better with proper internal air flow from accessory use. Note pictures of outlet and plug style. 5 days handling time due to FREIGHT SHIPPING (Shipping terminal to terminal NOT door to door as that is usually 2 or 3 times more costly) since oven weighs 150 pounds before pallet and packaging.
