Description: This is a pottery casserole dish in the Fantasia pattern from Tlaquepaque in the Guadalara region of Jalisco, Mexico. It is probably from the 1960s. Hand painted butterflies, flower and birds in yellow decorate the casserole dish with its dark red/brown background and blue trim. It is 10" from handle to handle and 8.5" diameter. 5" tall. The glaze is worn where the lid sits on the base, but it's in great shape.
