The MW-CFRD-44 from Middle Atlantic are rear doors with built-in fans that are designed to be installed on 44-space WMRK enclosures. These cupboard-style split doors help to protect equipment from overheating. 6 Fans are included on the doors, which direct the airflow upwards and away from the cabinet. You can adjust the placement of each fan, and add up to 10 more fans if needed.
