I do this by approximately splitting the savings for shipping on the second and subsequent items and then issuing a refund within about two days after a package is shipped. Please note, however, when a package weighs just over 16 ounces that the shipping cost can be about double of the cost of sending a package that is just under 16 ounces. Local pickup in the Spokane area is also available at no charge. For our cousins up North, shipping charges for items delivered in Canada will be substantially more than those listed for delivery to U.S. destinations and start at approximately $18.00 (USD) for small items weighing less than 16 ounces.
