Description: Ned Kelly (Blu-ray, 1970) Mick Jagger. Sealed. Condition is "Brand New". Tony Richardson's Ned Kelly features Mick Jagger as the historic Australian folk legend. In peaceful pursuit to live off the land, but harassed by both the law and his neighbors, bushranger Ned Kelly eventually turns to a life of crime when his mother (Clarissa Kaye), unjustly accused of murder, is sentenced to prison. The Outback outlaw, with a renegade gang at his side, will set on a spree that will become part of Australian folklore in Ned Kelly. A "fun" bit of trivia associated with this film: while shooting one of the scenes, the blanks in Mick's gun backfired and left bits of shrapnel between the index and middle fingers of his right hand. In his efforts to rehabilitate that hand - and wielding a "new kind of electric guitar" - Mick laid the melody for Brown Sugar out while out there in the Outback! Music in the film, however, is performed by Waylon Jennings. The film is a mix of black and white and color. No special features are noted on the packaging. Region A Blu-ray is new and sealed.
