It is covered in shiny, black sequins - making it a bit heavy to wear. It no longer fits me, so I am offering it here for someone to show it off. Just in time for those new year celebrations.. The bottom of the garment has additional sheer black panels for the flair, making it easy to walk and dance in. It falls nicely around your feet. It is lined for comfort and it has a zipper in the back. No sleeves - only a sheer netted fabric strap that tops the sequin portion of the breast and the "V" in back above the zipper.
