It's covered in black sequins with a keyhole front and back. Shoulder pads. Lined. Totally handmade in India of 100% silk with a polyester lining. Dry clean only. It is labeled a size 10. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Shoulders 16" Chest around at armpit 40" Sleeves from shoulder to cuff 3 1/2" Waist 34" Length from top of shoulder to hem 41" Hips 42" Condition ~ ~New With Tags Condition~ NO issues. Poor: Damage beyond repair with value as a study piece, not wearable. Vintage sizes may not correlate with modern sizes. Heck, modern sizes mean nothing anymore!
