It has iron handle frame with natural abalone shell grip, it's decorated fine mughal creeper floral silver damascened koftgari work on the handle. It has a wootz steel water pattern genuine curve blade in good condition. The blade has a triple blood groove on one side & the other side has a single blood groove & double blood groove in a small-small part. The blade has a hussaini style blood groove. The blade is in original condition.scabbard made of wood and light pink soft velvet cloth. It has a nice chape & locket with a mughal leaf design . overall a nice sword. A very good piece for a beginner's collection.sword weight = 0.930 kg.
