Description: Nice ORIGINAL Size 38 USAF/US Army B-15C Jacket picked up from the estate of a deceased NAMED US Army helicopter pilot. This jacket is in very good condition. It has no rips, tears, holes, or smells. It has some staining on the body here and there as seen in the photos. Stains are primarily on the cuffs and back elbows. In addition, there are some orange discolorations underneath the arm pits. All of the Crown zippers work perfectly and the knit cuffs and waist band, as well as the mutton collar, are in excellent condition with no holes, tears or rips. It looks like the inside waist pulls were replaced at some point as they are a stretchy black nylon which I don’t think were around during this time but if so, a great job was done. Of interest, the jacket still has the leather name tag named to a Lt. T.E. Anderson (looks like he attempted to cover the Lt designation with blue ballpoint ink). In addition, there is a piece of paper in the right pocket that says Tom Anderson Worn in Korea 1954. I researched his name and found his obit where it says he served two tours in Vietnam.
