This was a lifesaver for our mental health and not waking up every 10 minutes to check if baby was breathing. It also shows deep sleep, light sleep and awake periods which was interesting data for us. This was purchased before the company switched to making Dream socks that track oxygen and heart rate but don't give an alarm. You must use the OwletCare app to continue to use these features. I believe you can convert the sock to use the OwletDream app instead but it won't give an alarm oxygen or heart rate and once you convert it you can't convert it back. I will not refund the purchase if you convert it to the OwletDream app. Comes with an extra set of fabric socks.
