These are called "long heads" - the front, widest portion of the key (the "head") is 2" long from the notch where the sharp is to the front of the key, and is 7/8" wide. The tail portion is 1/2" wide and 4" long for a total length of 6" overall. 0.070" thick. The first A and last C have wider tails - 3/4" and 7/8" (same width as the head) respectively. Because key dimensions vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer, replacement keytops are made slightly oversize and filed to fit after installation. An ordinary fine flat file is a suitable tool to use to do this. If you need matching fronts, they're available in my eBay store - item #292139305503 This is easily one of my most popular keytops for restoration of older pianos where the ivory is missing or too far deteriorated to economically save. Simulated ivory, glossy white with a grain pattern that resembles ivory (much better looking than plain plastic). Whiter than our gloss or satin ivory keytops but not a pure white. Recommended glue is PVC-E, best glue I've found for gluing porous material (wood) to non-porous material (plastic keytop) - available in multiple sizes in my eBay store (2oz is easily sufficient for one set of keytops, item # 291769494673 in my eBay store).Full sets and octaves are also available in my eBay store, as are other finishes.
