IT SUFFERED MOISTURE DAMAGE AND HAS A LIGHT STAIN ON THE FRONT AND TEARS ON THE BACK ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AND ALONG THE BOTTOM ON THE INSIDE OF THE GATEFOLD. I HAVE A LOW MINIMUM AND NO RESERVE.
