Description: This is a 2017 Brau Supply Unibrau Pro v1.1 (100 liter 240 volt all electric “Brew in a Bag” (BIAB) style) system built from 304 Stainless utilizing professional grade hardware. This system is designed with the flexibility to create from 5 to 15.5 gallons in a single batch (it will hold up to 26.4 gallons of wort pre-boil). We have successfully brewed/fermented both Lagers & Ales with perfect temperature control. The overall footprint of the system is extremely small, and will take up minimal space compared to a traditional three vessel system. Over $5500 invested within the entire system.
