Description: Pulsar Railroad Approved WR100 Wristwatch (read description) . The watch is nice but needs a battery . The watch stem is very hard to pull out to set the time . Once out it sets time and date , day . The stem does unscrew before you pull it out . I’m thinking watch needs to be oiled due to lack of use . I’m pricing watch low according to probably needs a good lubrication and a new battery .
