This a rather rare document as New Hampshire furnished only ONE LIGHT BATTERY to the WAR of the REBELLION. It is all ORIGINAL, as received. It has been folded, now in 6 pieces. Notations on its reverse state that Pvt Carr has been acting as a nurse, and is entitled to extra pay. It is signed by John W. Green, Assistant Surgeon in charge, General Hospital.
