Description: For sale is a Rare Portfolio/Folder from the 1st European Congress of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The stamp on the inside is in French and dated 23rd of April, 1971. This is a very interesting piece. The outside is scratched from use over the years. On the back, there seems to be an imprint with a United Nations seal (maybe a book had been stuck to it, we aren't quite sure). There is still an old felt tip (dried up) marker inside as well.
