Description: Up for sale is an antique parlor regulator wall clock. The clock is the “Regulator No..4” model by Gilbert and it features a lovely Victorian Eastlake design The clock has a weight driven 8 day time only The clock appears to be in overall good condition. The clock once belonged to the TWOHY lumber company in Los Angeles and once hung in their office at the Kerckhoff Building. We were told that parts of the case had been repaired after the company moved out and the clock was moved. While the clock does appear to be in overall good condition, there are some signs of normal wear and age, such as a small chip on the lower right corner. It isn’t too noticeable. We can see that some of the original ornamentation has gone missing over the years. The center of the dial has also gone missing - not sure if it was made like this or not. Original paper label is on the back of the clock (see last photo) The movement was last serviced in 2019. It ran when recently tested. This clock is quite large. Measures approximately 50 x 17 x 6.75 inches Please note that any mechanical clock that is shipped might require adjustments upon arrival, and thus time accuracy/running cannot be guaranteed. Please see photos for details and feel free to message with any questions. Cheers!
