The frame is from Wilkins Motors that was in Pasadena California . I could not find any information about this dealer, so I'm not sure what they sold . The frame has a chip on top that would, in most instances, not be visible .Made by US License plates 4444 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles California. The chrome is pitted as pictured.
