Description: vintage, embellished evening jacket, by Saks 5th Ave.has the label used from the mid 70s through mid 90s, but judging from the material, which was trendy for a while, it's from probably about '86-'88.its a very stretchy pothole knit, and the outer side of it is completely covered in black sequins.open front, with long, slight balloon sleeves. very good condition. spot at seam in armpit where the sewing machine didn't quite catch the fabric, so there's a small hole. it is hard to see when worn--for one, it is in the armpit where most people aren't staring, and two, there's a black stripe there anyway from the taped seam so that hides it well.see last pic. MEASUREMENTS: very stretchy, and open in front.would best fit someone with: a bust between 34 and 40",waist under 36", and it is 25" long.no size tag, but it fits like a medium, could fit a small or large as well. i have other vintage beaded and sequined blouses, jackets, and dresses in my ebay store. check them out!
