Scarce Vintage 1940's Canadian (Quebec) Gabardine Suit.

Description: Tag proclaims " Fit for a prince".Nice creamy brown color. Nice iconic thick period shoulder pads.Has tags both in english and french.Small scattered holes (last 3 bottom photos) on jacket.Tiny marks here and there, one button hole has loose thread. Cuff buttons are different, not sure if this is intentional or not.Whats interesting about this suit is even though its a DB 4-button style, it only fastens with one button instead of the standard two.Lightning metal zipper. Size not evident so go with the measurements. JACKET: Chest flat across 22", sleeve 23.5", length 31", shoulders 19". waist flat across 19". PANTS: Waist 32" with 1.25" to let out, inseam 29.75", outseam 40.5". Heavy gabardine fabric.
