There is a 3/8" tear to right lower edge with a clear tape repair to inside. 352 pages full of history and vintage photos including a Jack Nicklaus section. Thick embossed cover and the pages are like-new. No writing or tears. VERY LIMITED PRODUCTION. These were only sold at Scioto CC, for $250. I've sold a couple in the past for $225. Reduced the price for this one with the small tear.
