Peter B. Seddon is Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems at The University of Melbourne, Australia. Graeme Shanks is Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Information Systems at The University of Melbourne. He holds a PhD in Information Systems from Monash University.
