Description: Up for sale is a 5 x 7 inch autographed black & white glossy copy of a photo of Johnny Unitas. It is signed and inscribed in black marker and reads "To Linelle Best Wishes Johnny Unitas". The photo is in a plastic sleeve. At the bottom, it reads, "Johnny Unitas' GOLDEN ARM Restaurant". John Constantine Unitas (May 7, 1933 – September 11, 2002), nicknamed "Johnny U" and "The Golden Arm", was an American football player in the National Football League (NFL). He spent the majority of his career playing for the Baltimore Colts. He was a record-setting quarterback, and the NFL's most valuable player in 1959, 1964, and 1967. For 52 years he held the record for most consecutive games with a touchdown pass (which he set between 1956 and 1960), until quarterback Drew Brees broke his long standing record on October 7, 2012. He has been consistently listed as one of the greatest NFL players of all time. Overall, the photo is generally in Good condition. There is some age-related browning and toning. There is some wear around the edges and other dings here and there. A great addition to any collection. We guarantee all signed items to be as described and authentic. We offer a no questions asked return policy. Please see my store for other great items and email with questions.
