Description: International Silver silverplate cocktail shaker inscribed with the date of September 17, 1949, together with signatures that commemorate an unknown event. (My husband was born on that date, but I don't think that's it.) My research connects most of the signers to Marin County, California. One of the signers, C. Langhorne Washburn, was active in politics and later became a key figure in the development of Epcot at Disneyworld. Condition: there is a 1/2" long dent on one side of the shaker, and some loose, crinkled plating on the handle. Please see pictures. There is also a bit of corrosion on the inside rim of the shaker.
