Each piece does have a "35" engraved on it (see last picture) in multiple places. Otherwise, the chrome finish shows more normal signs of use, scuffs and scratches from use. I did not see any other significant cosmetic issues with the tools other than engravings. Most of the sockets are in good to very good mechanical condition. The 5/16" does show some wear on the edges of the opening. But all are good usable shape. The swivel joint is still tight. The ratchet operates in both directions without any significant performance issues. The box is in good used condition. There is some dirt, scratches and missing paint, mostly on the bottom. No major dents or issues. The plastic storage tray does have some heavier wear, cracks and signs of age. There is a larger hole near the ratchet head part and the bottom of the socket line is starting to give out. Returns must be made in same condition as received.
