This handkerchief from the 1940's is SPECTACULAR and very dainty. The cloth and lace are a pale mint green in cotton and there is an initial "A" embroidered on all 4 corners of the lace. Center is 6 1/4" and lace is 2 1/2". I have handled thousands of monogrammed handkerchief and this one is very, very unique. Great for the bride-to-be for something old or perhaps a member of the wedding party. You won't find another like it. CONDITION: Excellent. There are no tears, pinholes or stains or breaks in the lace. Freshly laundered to spruce up from years of storage and ready to use. If you need to iron when you get this, be sure to use your iron on the lowest setting so as not to damage the lace. I specialized for over 25 years in handkerchiefs until about 5 years ago when I decided to take a break as I focused on another business I own. Now I have decided it is time to liquidate all the thousands of vintage handkerchiefs I have stored as I prepare to retire. Years ago I purchased a massive collection of monogrammed handkerchiefs.
