PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS! FULL DESCRIPTION: An outstanding example of a very rare piece of ocean liner ephemera that's a "must have" if you're a collector and fan of the great liners. There are other great original brochures of the Normandie, such as the "grey book" but the most it has are Black & white photos. The Green book has colour photos!!! Allowing the closest glimpse one can get of the magnificence of the Normandie. The condition is outstanding particularly given that this brochure is 89 years old! The covers are strong with only the slightest edge wear. There is a long "Scratch" on the bottom of the front cover but it's only a scratch and NOT a tear. Inside, beautiful. No "foxing" on any of the pages; the binding is secure; no rips or tears on any of the pages. NO musty smells! I've owned this piece for about 20 years. Right now there's only one other of these on eBay and it has a damaged and repaired spine! Text is in French, appropriately. She was, after all, the pride of France.
